Wei Zheng

As Chief Product Officer, Wei is responsible for Conductor’s strategic product direction, including product management and user experience design.
Prior to joining Conductor, Wei has worked in the Enterprise data management space for over 20 years. Most recently, Wei was the VP of Product and Design at Trifacta, where she drove the creation of the Self-Service Data Preparation market category and spearheaded end-user SaaS products for data engineers and data analysts. Before Trifacta, Wei led product efforts at Informatica, where she launched successful big data and data virtualization products.
Wei studied Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley and resides along the foggy shores of San Francisco.
Jess Jurva

Jess Jurva is the Chief Customer Officer at Conductor, responsible for driving our customer engagement strategy and execution.
Prior to joining Conductor, Jess spent 25 years in Silicon Valley tech industry working at both privately held and publicly listed global technology companies. Jess represents the collective voice of Conductor customers and leads the teams responsible for customer onboarding, delivery, and management. She is passionate about building exceptional teams and creating transformative customer experiences that yield extraordinary business outcomes.
Jess has a Bachelors in Business Administration from Notre Dame de Namur University, and soon will be moving to New York to join her fellow colleagues at Conductor HQ.
Patrick Reinhart
Conductor
Patrick Reinhart leads enterprise digital strategy for Conductor’s Customer Success team as Vice President of Services and Thought Leadership. He helps some of the largest brands in the world with their organic search initiatives.
Patrick brings over 15 years of organic search and digital marketing experience to his work. Before joining Conductor, Patrick led the U.S. organic search practice at New York-based agency Prime Visibility.
Prior to his agency and technology experience, Patrick was an accomplished entrepreneur, founding an eCommerce appliance retailer and a music management company.
Chase Kreuter
Conductor
Chase Kreuter, VP of Customer Growth & Success, is responsible for driving retention and growth of Conductor’s most important asset—our customers. Chase has over 12 years of experience at Conductor, working across Customer Success and Revenue organizations to help enterprise brands build and grow sustainable organic marketing practices.
While she is currently the leader of Conductor’s global Account Management & Customer Success organizations, she has grown and evolved with Conductor, previously leading the Strategic Sales team focused on new customer acquisition and serving as a regional leader for the West go-to-market teams.
Prior to joining the Conductor team in 2012, Chase was a Conductor customer at marketing firm MRM//McCann, where she served as a Search Strategist to help enterprise brands channel the power of search data.
On a personal front, Chase has held several leadership roles within the New York Junior League, allowing her to pursue her passion for volunteerism and empowering fellow female leaders. Chase earned a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies & Art History from Kenyon College.
Joe Taylor
Conductor
Joe Taylor is the Head of Revenue Enablement and empowers teams to deliver high-quality interactions to customers and prospects. He has worked at Conductor for over ten years, serving in various capacities, including VP of Customer Success and VP of Learning and Development.
Joe joined Conductor in May of 2013 as a Customer Success Manager. Before Conductor, Joe worked as a sales representative and then as a Search Marketing Consultant at Yodle, a digital marketing solution for small businesses.
Joe attended the University of Washington and moved to New York City in 2011 on a whim. He held his first Vice President title in third grade at South Pines Elementary, promising Little Caesar’s pizza every Friday if he was elected. Unfortunately, he did not fulfill that promise, and the shame has never left him.

Rachel is currently a Customer Success Team Lead at Conductor, joining the team after freelancing in the SEO space for several years. She has worked with all types of business: from solopreneurs to enterprise companies spanning across multiple industries. Rachel is passionate about SEO education, and helping bridge the gap between marketers' multiple organic channel responsibilities.
